1. Allowed Use
- Authoring creative, educational, religious, and commercial books and designs.
- Using AI tools within the limits of your subscribed quota.
- Publishing your designs on other platforms (Amazon KDP, etc.).
2. Strictly Prohibited Content
- Illegal content: Anything that violates UAE or international law.
- Incitement & hate: Content advocating violence, religious hatred, or racism.
- Pornographic or obscene material: Strictly disallowed.
- Third-party rights violations: Stolen designs, text, or trademarks.
- Misinformation: Unfounded health / financial / scientific claims.
- Fraud: Using the platform for money-laundering or fraudulent activity.
3. Prohibited Technical Use
- Attempting to hack the platform or access other accounts.
- Running bots or scrapers to extract designs.
- Reselling your platform access to multiple accounts.
- Circumventing subscription limits via fake accounts.
- Reverse-engineering any platform component.
4. Consequences of Violation
- First warning — for minor breaches.
- Temporary suspension (7 days) — for moderate breaches.
- Permanent account deletion + pro-rata refund of remaining subscription, for severe or repeat breaches.
