1. Our Commitment
TRUST DESIGN respects intellectual property rights and expects our users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and the equivalent UAE regulations.
2. Filing a Takedown Notice
If you believe content uploaded to our platform infringes your copyright, send a written notice to info@trustedtechno.com including:
- An electronic or physical signature of the rights-holder or authorised agent.
- A precise description of the copyrighted work.
- The specific URL of the allegedly infringing content on our platform.
- Contact information (name, email, phone, address).
- A good-faith statement that the use is not authorised.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights-holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
3. Our Response
Upon receiving a valid notice:
- We will remove or disable the content within 48 hours of verification.
- We will notify the user who uploaded the content and forward them a copy of the notice.
- Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated without prior notice.
4. Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice including: your signature, content description, a service address in the UAE, and consent to the jurisdiction of Dubai courts. After 10 business days from a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the complainant initiates legal proceedings.
5. Warning Against False Reports
You may face legal liability if you file a false or misleading takedown notice. Consult a lawyer before filing.
6. Protection for Authors on Our Platform
Designs you create on TRUST DESIGN remain entirely yours. We embed a digital watermark in every export to trace theft attempts, and we provide proof of ownership via ISBN and an upcoming blockchain-stored "design provenance" chain.
