1. Introduction

Welcome to TRUST DESIGN, a professional design tool for books, prints, and digital products by Trust Ed Techno for Developing and Innovation L.L.C. We are not a publishing service — we are a design tool that hands you ready-to-publish files. You remain the publisher of record on Amazon KDP or any other destination of your choice.

2. Service Description

TRUST DESIGN provides a complete design toolkit to create, refine, and export all types of books — including children's books, novels, poetry collections, biographies, cookbooks, self-help and finance titles, brochures and catalogs, book covers, cards, advertisements, and more. The platform supports image uploads, multilingual text editing (10 languages including Arabic and English), AI-assisted content and image generation, full page-numbering and layout control, high-quality exports (300 DPI PDF, EPUB, PNG/JPG), and the complete Amazon KDP package (interior PDF, 3-piece cover, and metadata) ready for the user to upload themselves. TRUST DESIGN does not host, distribute, or publish content on third-party marketplaces on the user's behalf.

3. Subscription and Payment

Access to TRUST DESIGN comes in two tiers:

• Free Reader tier: browse the book gallery and template library — no cost, no card required.
• Monthly subscription: AED 111 / month — includes 10 active projects + 250 downloads per month.
• Annual subscription: AED 1,111 / year — includes 120 projects + 3,000 downloads per year.

Pay-as-you-go add-ons stack on top of your subscription quota:

• +1 project: AED 11
• +11 projects: AED 111
• +100 projects: AED 1,000
• +1,000 downloads: AED 10

Prices shown are final; taxes apply per applicable law where required. The payment gateway accepts cards in any currency and converts them to AED automatically. There is no paid free trial and no card-on-file auto-debit before explicit subscription.

Deletion policy: Projects you create remain counted against your quota even if you delete them. Deleted projects can be restored within 30 days; after this window they are permanently and irrevocably purged from our active servers to protect your privacy and cannot be recovered by any means.

User content liability: The user alone bears full legal responsibility for all material (text, images, files) uploaded or created through the platform, including intellectual-property rights and compliance with the laws of the user's country and the publication destination. Neither TRUST DESIGN nor the parent company bears any legal or moral liability for content published by users.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create. The company retains all IP rights to the platform.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by UAE law.

6. Third-Party Trademarks & Independence

Amazon®, Amazon KDP®, Kindle®, and any other third-party marks referenced on this site are the registered trademarks of their respective owners (in particular, Amazon.com, Inc. and its affiliates). TRUST DESIGN is an independent AI-assisted design and content creation tool owned and operated by Trust Ed Techno for Developing and Innovation L.L.C. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise commercially connected to Amazon or any other third-party publishing service. Where the names of such services appear in our marketing copy, documentation, or interface, they are used solely in their descriptive sense — to identify the third-party destinations on which the user may, at their own discretion, upload the files generated through TRUST DESIGN. The user is solely responsible for complying with the terms of service of those third-party services.
