Refund Policy

1. Free Access

Anyone can use TRUST DESIGN in Free Reader mode without registering a payment card — you can browse the book gallery and view the full template library. There is no paid trial, and no amount will be automatically deducted from your card before an explicit subscription.

2. Subscription Refund Policy

All subscription prices are in UAE Dirham (AED): 111 / month or 1,111 / year. Because the service is digital:

• Within 48 hours of payment: Full refund available if you have used less than 10% of your project / download quota.
• After 48 hours: Subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel auto-renewal at any time. Service remains active until the end of the paid period.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email info@trustedtechno.com with:

• Your registered email address
• Subscription date and invoice number
• Reason for the refund

We process requests within 5-7 business days. The refund is issued via the original payment method in its original currency.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from account settings. Upon cancellation:

• Service stays active until the end of the current billing period
• The subscription does not auto-renew
• Your projects (including deleted ones still within the restore window) remain in your account

5. Exceptional Situations

If a material technical fault prevents you from using the service for more than 24 continuous hours, we will either extend your subscription by double the downtime or issue a proportional partial refund, at your choice.

6. Non-refundable Fees

The following are final once consumed:

• Pay-as-you-go project packs (AED 11 / 111 / 1,000) — once any project credit has been used
• Pay-as-you-go download packs (AED 1 / 10) — once any download credit has been used
• Any refund request submitted more than 48 hours after payment
• Account closure due to terms-of-use violations
